1. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before work begins: 90% refund.

If you cancel after work has started: Refund depends on the work completed (typically 0 to 50%).

No cancellations are accepted after project delivery or domain/hosting purchase.

2. Refund Conditions
Refunds are not applicable for digital products like domain, hosting, and premium tools once purchased.

Customized services are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Process for Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@uttambusiness.in with your payment details and reason. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
